These are the transfer options for all events of WEU* that unfortunately had to be canceled in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It shall give you an overview and you can find all details for each option when you follow the link given for each option.
(*= Western Europe - Andorra, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland)
- Transfer to another race in Western Europe* in 2020 without any transfer fees and without any upcharge in case of the potential price difference.
This option is bound to your name and booked format (or a shorter distance; example: Sprint -> Sprint; Super -> Sprint or Super; Beast -> Sprint, Super or Beast).
Transfer option to another race in 2020 (bound on name and race format)
- Defer your race and get the amount you paid to use in another race in Western Europe in 2020 without any transfer fees.
The code you get can be used by you or any other person and for any race format in 2020- using the value/amount you had paid for your initial registration.
Transfer option to another race in 2020 (not bound on name or race)
- If you prefer to move your Spartan Race to 2021, you will receive a personal 70% discount code (same format of your registration or shorter distance) that you can use for the same event that got canceled or any other Spartan Race in Denmark in 2021.
In addition, you will receive an additional non-personal 30% code for another race in Western Europe that you can use for yourself for another race or also give to a friend to race with you.
Transfer option to 2021 regular races
- The Multi Racer Option: This option is for all those racers who had/have a race ticket for more than 1 canceled race and want to transfer to 2021- one, several or all of these tickets (of canceled events)
Transfer option for multiple canceled races
- Transfer your ticket to the Trifecta Event Sparta 2020 in Greece: for the same format or shorter distance (Sprint -> Sprint; Super -> Super or Sprint) and without fees or up charges. Take part to the Spartan Trifecta World Championship, the most prestigious trifecta event of the year, taking place from the 5th to the 8th of November.
